Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This amount goes toward your final balance. Prices listed are starting prices (“+”) and may increase depending on hair length, density, or the amount of product used. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be transferred one time only with proper notice. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or reschedules under 48 hours will result in loss of deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling and forfeiture of deposit. No-call / no-shows are charged 100 % of the service total. All payments are final — no refunds. Adjustments may be offered within 3 days if approved by Beverly. Color correction or extension services require a consultation before booking. Results vary depending on hair history and condition — Beverly prioritizes healthy results above all else. By booking, you agree to these terms and allow Beverly’s Beauty Bar to use photos or videos of your service for professional or marketing purposes (unless requested otherwise).
